Our
Commitments

The firm is committed to providing individuals facing legal proceedings with a high-quality and bold defence.

We pay close attention to procedural regularity by scrutinising the actions of investigators and judges to ensure they comply with the law and professional ethics, so that, where necessary, we can challenge procedural violations.

Complete support extending beyond the strict scope of the relevant court, including the submission of priority constitutionality questions and appeals to the Court of Cassation and the European Court of Human Rights.

A lively, incisive and uncompromising voice in court to ensure your position is heard loud and clear.

We work hand in hand with a wide range of professionals: lawyers specialising in complementary fields, foreign lawyers, lawyers at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, private experts for the technical analysis of evidence in proceedings, financial experts (accountants, auditors, bankers, etc.), private investigators, doctors, and more.

A strategy combining legal expertise with media presence when the case and the client’s interests call for it.

Urgency

From experience, Déborah REEB knows that when a person is arrested and held in police custody, the first few hours are crucial.

That is why we strive to be available at all times to assist you at the police station or gendarmerie.

Similarly, in the event of a transfer to court and the proceedings that follow – whether it be a fast-track trial, also known as an immediate appearance, or the opening of a judicial investigation, which involves an initial questionning and a hearing on security measures – time is of the essence and the stakes are high; that is why we make it a point of honour to assist you and put our expertise at your service.
